1-How does the rental work?

It is very simple. You make an appointment in one of our showrooms to try on and reserve your dress. You define the day of collection and return of your outfit.

2- Is there a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit by check or credit card imprint in the amount of €250. This is to guarantee that you return the dress to us in good condition within the agreed time frame.

3- My dress is very dirty, will I get my deposit back?

Yes as long as the dry cleaner can clean the stains. Our dry cleaning uses dry cleaning and removes classic stains.

4-My dress is torn or damaged, what’s happening?

If we can repair it at the refinisher, and we can rent it again, only the amount of the repair is taken from your deposit. If it cannot be repaired, your entire deposit is retained.

5-I'm not sure what size to take, what can I do?

If you cannot go to the showroom, send us your child's measurements and we will advise you on the size to reserve.

6- Are you hesitating between two models and would like to try them before ordering?
